Visionary World - The Otherworld, or Platonic world of Ideas or Archetypes; into which the Shaman or the psychopomp voyages under the influence of entheogenic drugs; presumed to be inhabited by the souls of ancestors, spirits of plants, deities and other 'discarnate entities'; some speculate this corresponds to hyperspace or a higher-dimensional universe.
